Pizza night.

For dinner, instead of going out to buy pizza, I decided to make some. I used my own dough, tomato sauce made from our tomatoes, Fromage Blac and sausage made from our deer. To that I added grated Parmesan cheese, chopped onions and sliced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Beyond making the mistake of forgetting to put on the cheese right after the sauce, it came out rather well. Thanks to the Once Again Shoppe, that wonderful store, we even had a pizza pan that I purchased for 50 cents.
